The Choir School of Newport County

The Choir School of Newport County was started in 2014 as an after school program with a unique twist. They wanted to give students a chance to develop music literacy, while building teamwork and interpersonal skills in a uniquely intergenerational environment. For many students, CSNC is their family, their emotional support system and in some cases, the source of their consistent meals. The economic challenges that accompany this health crisis have everyone rethinking their philanthropic outlook.
