Droning the woods.

Flying in the woods is a great way to sharpen your drone skills. It’s also a great excuse to enjoy the outdoors. This was filmed at The Oakland Forest and Meadow Preserve in Portsmouth, Rhode Island during a project for The Aquidneck Land Trust. The forest is one of the healthiest examples of remaining old growth American beech (Fagus grandifolia). It’s a serene space for a short hike and is home to a variety of birds and other wildlife.
