We first began working with Vital Decisions in 2020. The company specializes in advanced care planning, and helps make the overwhelming topic of end-of-life care manageable. They also advocate for their clients while they are going through some of their most difficult times. 

The “Reasons Why” campaign focused on the personal realizations and motivations of Vital Decisions clients to plan out their living wills. The videos lean into the fact that while it isn’t a topic that people enjoy thinking or talking about, once you do there is power and relief in having a plan. As a part of the campaign, we created a series of videos featuring real testimonials from a diverse group of Vital Decisions customers. To maintain customer anonymity, we used actors and sourced voice-over artists to bring their testimonies to life.
